Our History

We started out in 1981 as the Elk point Fellowship Baptist Church with our first service being held in the FCSS Building. We had 27 people attend.  August of 2011 we incorporated as "Elk Point Baptist Church" and left the Fellowship.  We now have a congregation over 100 people.  

Our previous Senior pastors are:

• John McGregor 1983-1988
• James MacLellan 1989-2021
• Joshua Bateman 2021-Present

Our previous Associate/Youth pastors are:

• Stewart Peterson 1998-1999
• Jason Goulet 2003-2013
• Joshua Bateman 2016-2021
